Kent and Shay Michalik

Kent and Shay Michalik have served the Lord together for over forty years,
carrying a passion to see lives transformed through the presence, power, and love
of God.
They have ministered nationally and internationally and currently serve at Hope
Community Fellowship while also directing Hope School of Supernatural Ministry.
Their greatest joy is serving the Lord side by side, investing in and equipping
people to pursue Jesus wholeheartedly and release His presence wherever they go.
They believe ministry is not a platform—it is a lifestyle.

Pastor Roger Hackenberg

I have had the joy of serving as the lead pastor of Hope Community Fellowship since 2003. My passion is to see the Kingdom of God revealed and released on the earth and to help raise up an army of believers who carry the presence of God into every sphere of life and to the nations. My heart is to equip, encourage, and empower people to walk in their God-given calling, love boldly, and reflect Jesus wherever they go.

Michael & Lisa Koehler

Michael and Lisa are dedicated leaders at Hope and alumni of HSSM who are passionate about seeing the Kingdom of God advance in every sphere of society.

Lisa serves as the Director of Year Two at HSSM, where she is committed to pastoring, equipping, and launching students into their God-given callings.

Michael is a businessman with a passion for integrating Kingdom principles into the corporate world, demonstrating how business can be a powerful vehicle for revival, transformation, and lasting impact.

Together, they are a dynamic team devoted to seeing Jesus receive His full reward through their lives, leadership, and service.

Pastor Dori Valley

At the age of 19, while a freshman at the University of Maine, I gave my life to Jesus. I have had three careers since that time; taught school for 14 years in Calais, Maine (1977-1991); served as a missionary for 10 years (1991-2001) in the former Soviet Republic of Estonia and have been the Associate Pastor at Hope since my return (2001-present). I have been involved with our School of ministry since 2010, when it began. I am one of the teachers and the administrator for the school. Together we are adamant about pursuing more of God, carrying His Presence daily and sharing His heart for all. Jesus is the very center of my life, as well as the life of HSSM!
